At Hizzie Lee Mercantile , we take pride in hand crafting each item whether an alligator belt or an Italian Leather wallet one at a time with care and precision. We use traditional techniques to create products that are unique, elegant, and durable. We are committed to producing a well made product with traditional service.
Quality Of Materials / Process
Although we often have items listed here that are ready to ship, we are a custom shop. We want to discuss with you throughout the crafting process and create that one of a kind piece especially made for you that will serve you well for many years. All leather is not the same. Todays market is full of sub standard quality leather, we highly encourage you to ask any craftsman the source of their selected Tannery before buying. We only use the highest quality leather and hardware for your product. We use horween leather (Chicago, IL) as well as Wicket & Craig (Curwensville, PA) and select Italian tanneries from the Tuscany region of Italy. All of the exotic skins we use are responsibly sourced both from the wild as well as farm raised. The quality standard at these tanneries assure us we are starting your project with the finest of materials. Our TRADITIONAL SERIES of products are all hand stitched.
